He was predeceased by: his father Mervyn (Valerie Campbell). He is survived by: his children, Kayleigh and Cian; his mother Debbie Maginnis (Bernie Livingstone); his sister Erin Maginnis; his grandmother Audrey Kirk; his girlfriend Holly McConnell; and also Victoria Anderson. He is also survived by his step-sisters and step-brothers.

Memorial donations to a trust fund for his children (cheques made payable to Debra Maginnis) would be appreciated by the family.
