She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Whiteside and Thelma Whiteside. She is survived by: her former husband Vito Draga; her children, Cary (Sharon), Steve (Cindy), Mark (Lucy), Cathie and Lisa (Bill); and her grandchildren, Valerie, Sarah (Rob), Laura Jason (Jeremy), Sondra and Kyle. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada or the Kidney Foundation.
