He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira and Vera; and his sisters, Ira Jr., Ruth, John and Joan.
He is survived by: his spouse Valerie Wilson; his children, Mikeal, Quintin and Demond; his grandchildren, Mikella and Kiara (Kiki); his parent-in-law Beatice Blake; his child-in-law Tina Hewson; and his siblings, Miriam, Mark, Becky, Mary, Earl, Madeline, Larry and Iris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
