He is survived by: his spouse Hilly Feikema; his daughters, Glenda (Ravi Araniyasundaran), Marilyn (Doug King), Joan Hofland (Glenn) and Heather (Harvey Jonkman); his grandchildren, Kate (Shivesh), Kim, Julie, Ben, Daniel, Michelle, Scott (Natalia), Mark (Olivia), Rachel, Zachary and Hunter; and his great grandchild Isabella.
