Stefan Hucal Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stefan Hucal (Brampton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Stefan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Hafiza Hucal; his grandchildren, Emma and Nathan; and his parents, Vasilj Hucal and Mihalina Hucal.

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Elias the Prophet Ukrainian Catholic Church (10193 Heritage Rd, Brampton, ON L7A0A1). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Elias the Prophet Cemetery (10193 Heritage Rd, Brampton, ON L7A0A1).
