He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Payne and Eunice Payne. He is survived by: his wife Aline; his children, Michelle (Chad) and Scott; his grandchildren, Ariel, Jack, Anabelle, Quinn and Miguel; and his sisters, Linda (late Murray), Lori (Jan) and Susan (Eric). He is also survived by brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
