She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Paul Otis and Catharine Quinn; her husband John Dowdell; her former husband Robert Otis; her siblings, Judy Taylor, Linda Illingworth, Edward Taylor and Beth Wiggins; her grandchildren, Tristian Otis, Lilith Otis, Penelope Otis and Charlotte Quinn; her mother Marjorie Taylor; and her daughters, Shelley, Elizabeth and Catherine Dowdell.
