He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Johnston and Bonnie Johnston; and his siblings-in-law, Grant Livingston and Jo Ann Livingston. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Wayne (Margaret) and Lori Selkirk (Colin); his grandchildren, Brendan (Paige), Meagan, Jack and Kate; his brother Brian (May); and his brothers-in-law, Barry Livingston (Diane) and Alan Livingston (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church (44 Church St E, Brampton, ON L6V1G3). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Brampton Cemetery (10 Wilson Ave, Brampton, ON L6V1T5).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or St. Andrews Presbyterian Church.
