“We were very sad to hear of Vijay’s sudden passing this past weekend and send sincere condolences to his family. We were fortunate at the Burlington Senior Centre to have him teaching bridge over many years. We will miss his ready smile, encouragement and patience. He was the ultimate bridge player and dedicated himself to sharing his knowledge with us all. We will miss his hard work and enthusiasm but we have gained many wonderful memories of times learning and playing.”

“Vijay was a really special person in our lives and we will miss him enormously. He had a great sense of humour and teased us in such a good-natured way when we just couldn't understand what he was trying to teach us about the game he loved so much. We looked forward to Tuesday morning classes because he made lessons fun & we knew we were going to have a good laugh with him!
