He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Tony, John and David (Valerie); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Kyle), Stephanie (Kenneth), Kourtney (Ryan), Derrick Jr. (Stephanie), Jason, Cole (Rebecca), Joseph and Megan; his great grandchildren, Sienna, Blake, Byson, Callie and Paige; his siblings, Frank (Ann), Brian (Glynis) and Sarah; his children-in-law, Derrick, Shirley and Valerie; and his great grandchild Calie. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
