We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Yoneko Takeuchi (Brampton, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her brothers, Yuzo (Bing) and James. She is survived by : her husband Naomichi Takeuchi (Abie); her children, Kathryn (Sean), Wayne (Denise) and Robert (Andrea); her grandchildren, Natalie, Michele and Naomi; and her siblings, Sho Teramoto (Helen), Emiko Teramoto, Mitsuko Teramoto (Shirley) and Masako Ryujin (Ed). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Respecting the current situation and pandemic building restrictions, visitation and service for Edith will be private, and by invitation only.

In lieu of flowers and kodan we respectfully ask that donations in her memory be sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, the Nikkei Voice, or a charity of your choice.
