She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Wolak and Stephanie Wolak; her sister Virginia Blaha; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Blaha and Bill Stirling.

She is survived by: her children, Matthew Balog (Marie), Theresa Pellizzari and Louise Burbine (Eugene); and her siblings, Stephanie Stirling, Paula McKay (Paul) and Joseph Wolak (Deb). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to Stedman Community Hospice where she received such excellent and compassionate care.
