It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anne (Annie) Kowalchuk (Brantford, Ontario), who passed away on April 14, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harold Kowalchuk; her children, Michael, Lisa and Steven; and her parents, Felix and Winnifred. She was also cherished by her siblings, in-laws, nieces and nephews, and aunts.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Anne's name to the Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated.
