She was predeceased by : her parents, Giovanni Forchione and Grazia Forchione; her sister Maria Forchione; her brother-in-law Teodoro Longo; her parents-in-law, Vincenzo and Finisia Girardi; her brother Ludovico; and her sister-in-law Antonietta Girardi.

She is survived by : her children, Vince, Sandra Nagy (Stephen) and Dante (Crystal); her husband Alessandro; her children, AnnaMaria, Nonna, Nicholas (Sam), Christina (Tom), Alex, Alexandria, Nathan, Bisnonna and Sloane; her siblings, Lina Longo of Vancouver, Raffaele Forchione (Agnese) of Italy and Vincenzo Forchione (Rosa) of Italy; and her sister-in-law Maria DiFelice (Livio). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

All Covid -19 restrictions will be enforced and patrons will be required to show proof of vaccination to enter the premises.
