She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest G. Kenward and Alice DeYoe; and her half-sister Grace Jones. She is survived by: her husband Ronald K. Myers; her child Christiana Janice Allen (Chris Hubick); and her niece Shirley Alexander.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Toll Funeral Home (55 Charing Cross St, Brantford, ON N3R2H4). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, it was Barbara's desire that donations be made to Child Evangelism, or a charity of your choice.
