She was predeceased by: her parents, Freda Pursley and James Pursley; and her sister Pauline Small. She is survived by: her husband Marvin Long; her children, Robert, Kimberly and James; her siblings, Viola Tyrrell, Wray and Douglas Pursley; and her grandchildren, Katelyn, Colton, Megan, Katrina, Tanner, Taylor, Vivian, Lauren and Victoria. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
