He is survived by: his wife Nancy Beard; his child Lesley Boudreault (Rod); his stepdaughters, Sarah Koop and Amy Maw (Trevor); his grandchildren, Noah Boudreault, Harrison Koop, Alexis, Addison and Darren Maw; and his siblings, Colin Beard (Karen), Valerie Patterson (Wayne) and Glenn Beard (Maria). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

If wished, memorial donations in Brian's memory to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada or the Galt Kiltie Band, gratefully appreciated.
