She was predeceased by: her husband Jozef; and her sister Eugenia Podgorski. She is survived by: her children, John (Diane), Helen Labinowicz and Donna Pyza; her grandchildren, Lisa Labinowicz (Jay Sibley), Steven Labinowicz (Lindsay), Mark Pyza (Pola Wojnarowicz) and Andrew Pyza (Jamie Evers-Pyza); and her half-sister Wanda Jakimczyk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Toll Funeral Home (55 Charing Cross St, Brantford, ON N3R2H4). A vigil service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:15 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church (235 Brant Ave, Brantford, ON N3T3Z5).
