She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Johnston; her parents, Francis V. and Mary (Carberry) of Alberta; and her sisters, Frances Zadro and Mary McDermott.
She is survived by: her children, Cathie (Gerry Manning), Paul and Susan (Brad Dunn); and her granddaughters, Candace (Sean Ramage), Tiffany (Jay Stuart), Nicole (Kyle Williams), Mary and Katie (Max Laing). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
