He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Whitbread; his children, Lucille Whitbread (Brandon) and Jeffrey Whitbread; his siblings, Jeff Whitbread (Robin) and Heather Nixon (Nigel); and his nieces and nephews, Heidi, Brock of Katie, AJ, Sarah, Marc and Spencer.
