He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Jason Fulford. He is survived by: his wife Samantha; his children, Dayinara and Ryan; his parents, Tom and Linda; his siblings, Tommy (Kathy), Rob and Melinda; his father-in-law Paul Fulford; his nieces and nephews, Krystal, April, Tom Jr., Sierra (Devon), Jake, Allyshia (Mike), Reiley, Gynjer and Jaxson; his sibling-in-law Kim; and his children, T. J. (Todd) and Erika. He is also survived by his many family members, friends and co-workers.

Masks or face coverings are required and social distancing protocols will be in place.

As an expression of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation are appreciated.
