She was predeceased by: her parents, Irma Hess and Kenneth Hess; and her siblings, Shayne and Charlene. She is survived by: her siblings, Kevin (Mindy) and Shannon; her children, Darryl Jr. (Teresa) and Khristian (Kaya); her grandchildren, Deajah, Diion and Isaac; and her significant other Shawn MacDonald.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Knights of Columbus (12 Catharine Ave, Brantford, ON N3T6B8).
