She is survived by: her husband Rob Bremer; her father Daniel Matthews; her children, Emma (Kyle), Vince (Jayne) and Will; her stepsons, Zander and Christian Bremer; her granddaughter Rosa; her siblings, Rebecca, Roberta and Mark; her nephew Josh; her nieces, Heather and Samantha; and her former husband John Eudemoni.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre (88 Brant Ave, Brantford, ON N3T3H3). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
