He was predeceased by: his brother David Rutherford (Gwen). He is survived by: his wife Jo-Anne Rutherford; his children, Kevin (Kim), Jamie (Leah) and Adam Rutherford; his siblings, Debbie Dover, Dave Dover, Sandra and Ian Rutherford (Mike); and his grandchildren, Joseph, Alexis, Jack, Claire, Kenzie and Remy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
