He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Elgie and Helen Elgie; and his parents-in-law, Jack and Jean Houston. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Elgie; his children, Scott Elgie (Lashell) and Lesleigh Elgie; his sister Heather Raymond (Dan); his grandchildren, Sydney, Weston, Hudson and Malcolm; and his nephew Jeff (Kristen).
