He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brothers, James B Cullen (late Betty) of Vancouver and Donald G Cullen (Marie-Thérèse) of Ottawa; his nieces and nephews, Don, Marie and Vietnamese; Clare (Michael), Zoe, Aaron of Vancouver, Andrew (Simone) of Toronto, Campbellford, Sarah (Simon), Vita and Kit of Toronto.

His family wishes to especially thank David's friends and neighbours and his church friends who helped him through the Covid years and the recent stages of his illness, as well as all the hospital staff.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to any of the following would be greatly appreciated: the National Ballet of Canada, the Canadian Opera Company, the Canadian Cancer Society and Central Presbyterian Church, Brantford.
