She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Belstein and Bill Belstein; and her siblings, Pat, Rita, Helen, Wayne, Ron and Tyra.
She is survived by: her husband Orville Smith; her sons, John (Wendy) and Ray (Linda); her grandchildren, Kayla (Phil), Brian, Jason and Justin; her great grandchildren, Claire and Tessa; and her sister Jackey Goodwin. She is also survived by her extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Toll Funeral Home (55 Charing Cross St, Brantford, ON N3R2H4). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Basil's Catholic Church (50 Palace St, Brantford, ON N3T3Y6).
Donations in memory of Dian may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society.
