She is survived by: her children, Joanne Dippel (Brian), Al Lenis, Teresa Bobolo (Jeff) and Monique Dawson (Cliff); her grandchildren, Crystal, Lee, Brian, Nathan, Matthew, Jacob, Bethany, Olivia, Michael, Toby, Escher, Tyra, Caleb, Beckham, Jackson, Emma, Joseph, William and Allison; and her siblings, Jos of The Netherlands and Sofia of The Netherlands.

Donations may be made in memory of Dorothea to The St. Vincent de Paul Society of Brantford.
