She was predeceased by: her daughter Eleanor Jane Adshead (Jane); her husband Fred; her parents, Grace O'Neail and Doug O'Neail; her parents-in-law, Fred and Mary Adshead; and her aunts, Margaret O'Neail and Kathleen O'Neail.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Frank Ingold.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Judy Adshead's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and to the March of Dimes Communications Disability Programs (Whitby).
