He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Hulan and Martha Hulan; and his sister Judy Shears (John). He is survived by: his wife Bernice Hulan; his children, Stephanie (Jason) and Stevan (Brigitte); and his sibling Rendell (Linda).

A reception will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
