He was predeceased by: his child Brian (Judy). He is survived by: his children, Lenore (Phil Ricotta) and Paul (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Sean, Allison, Ryan, Alannah, Heather, Brianna, Hillary and Connor; and his brother Donald (Patricia).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Garry to the Stedman Community Hospice, Hankinson House.
