He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Williamson and Ruth Williamson. He is survived by: his wife Marie Williamson; his children, Karen Tamilia (Frank), Suzanne Collings and Tracey Williamson (Tyler Wilson); his grandchildren, Jacob, Samantha (Matthew), Sara Collings, Benjamin Tamilia, Lana and Levi Wilson; and his brothers, Leroy, Glen (Annette) and Robert (late Ann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
