He is survived by: his wife Lynell Slack (Lyn); his children, Tammy Zanovello (Rolando) and George (Karen); his grandchildren, Hannah (Frank), Marianna (Rapha), Julien (Meghan), Stefan, Remy Zanovello, Kristyn, Natalie and Caroline Hallema; and his siblings, Harry (Betty), Hester Luinstra (late Pete), Carol DeRyter (late John) and John. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
