Though Jacob may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jacob touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by: his parents, Brandi (Matt) and Paul (Elizabeth); his sister Bethany; his grandmother Dixie; his stepsiblings, Eva, Gwen and Aidan; his uncles, Shane Campbell (Donna) and Lance Campbell; and his aunt Lauren Maher (Diego). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and friends.
