He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Isobel. He is survived by: his grandchildren, River Jay Butler, Penn Butler and Frederikke; his wife Patrice; his children, Jackson (Krista), Taylor and Jamie (Ryan); his granddaughter Stella; and his siblings, Lee, Kim and Rob.
