He is survived by: his children, Brian (Kait), Patti (Scott), Paul (Christina), Jason (Candace), Jenea (Erik), Tina, Ashley, Phil and Josh (Jen); his grandchildren, Hailey, Tyler, Madison, Breanna, Isaiah, Ryder, Trevor, Walker, Lucas, Sydney, Kennedy, Xander, Harrison, Brynlee, Bryson, Benson, Craven, Cruz, Jada, Aria and Emery; and his sibling Luba Rusyn.
In lieu of donations, our wish is for anyone who desires to go to the casino, and play a game of your choosing (Poker was his favourite!) in memory of Jerry.
