She is survived by: her husband Aaron Willmott; her son Collin Bates; her stepsons, Lane and Hayden Willmott; her mother Susan Lloyd; her brother James (Sarah); her nieces and nephews, Cricket, Clementine Carpenter and Jadzia Lloyd; her in-laws, Rob and Deborah Willmott; Nathan.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Brant County SPCA or Brantford Minor Lacrosse in Jessica's name would be deeply appreciated.
