He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan; and his sister Gloria. He is survived by: his wife Bette; his daughter Catherine; and his brother Ron. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in Jim's memory to the Alzheimer's Society or Parkinsons Society would be appreciated.
