It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johannes Leyzer (Brantford, Ontario), who passed away on December 12, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Joanne; and his grandson Kevin. He is survived by: his children, Toni, Myron Borecky, Betty, Garry Duwyn, Ted, Joyce Leyzer, John, Janis Leyzer, Margaret, Doug Ricketts, Mary and Mark Polischuk; his grandchildren, Christine (Rob), David (Kim), Erin, Julie (Randy), Tyler (Gina), Heather, Danielle (Sean), Kelly, Paul (Sarah), Laura, Chris (Abi), Andrea (Matt), Kate, Connor (Sarah), Brayden, Landon, Ally, Noah, Mason, Logan, Evelyn, Bennett, Theo and Caleb John; his close friend Mien Donkers; and his siblings, Wim, Trees and Mart.

Donations in memory of John may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Brant, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated.
