He was predeceased by: his father John. He is survived by: his children, David, Stephen and Emily; his mother Beverley Weir; and his siblings, Scott (Carolyn) and Christy (Dennis). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests that donations be made to Participation House Brantford, a place Jeff loved dearly.
