John William Sharp Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2026, at the age of 93, John William Sharp (Brantford, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, John William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Winnifred; and his sister Betty Sharp.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Toll Funeral Home (55 Charing Cross St, Brantford, ON N3R2H4). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Basil Catholic Church (50 Palace St, Brantford, ON N3T3Y6).
