He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Kuchma and Alma Kuchma (Patrie) of Brantford; his wife Christine Maddock (Coach); his granddaughter Madison; and his brother-in-law Wayne Walker.
He is survived by: his daughter Tara (Phil); his grandson Myles; his siblings, Evelyn Walker, Helen Carpenter (John) and Chris Kuchma (Robin); and also Janice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations are welcome at the Brant County SPCA or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
