He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Kuchma and Alma Kuchma (Patrie) of Brantford; his wife Christine Maddock (Coach); his granddaughter Madison; and his brother-in-law Wayne Walker.
He is survived by: his daughter Tara (Phil); his grandson Myles; his siblings, Evelyn Walker, Helen Carpenter (John) and Chris Kuchma (Robin); Janice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations are welcome at the Brant County SPCA or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
