He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Karen Connell; his sibling Jerry MacKinnon (Tracy); his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Rebecca, Alexis and Haley; his close friend John Kirk; and his aunts and uncles, Sharon (James), Wendy, Freddy, Carolanne (Bruce), Becky (late John), Shelley (Craig) and Kelly (Cheryl). He was also cherished by great aunts, great uncles, and many loving cousins.
