He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Kukla and Jan Kukla; his stepfather Franciszek Kukla; and his siblings, Ludwik, Irena and Janina.
He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Teresa (Joe D'Ambrosio), Robert (Sarah Gasparotto), Diana (Stephen Corbett) and Jeffrey (Izabella); and his brother Stanley Kukla. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
