She was predeceased by: her spouse Jan Strukowski. She is survived by: her children, Charles Strukowski, Barbara Bialy (late Walter Bialy), Andrew Strukowski and Janina Strukowski; her grandsons, John and Tony Bialy; and her great grandchildren, Julia, Katie, Andrew and Ashley Bialy.
