It is with sadness that the passing of Marjorie Benoit (Brantford, Ontario) is shared. Marjorie, born on May 14, 1931, passed away on October 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Marjorie will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Marjorie by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Marjorie is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Marjorie’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Doe (Conrad) and Arthur Moore (Mary); and her brother Norman (Lilian). She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Katherine (David), Linda (Luc), Susan (Kevin) and Paul (Shannon); and her siblings, Kenneth (Shirley), Grace (Jim) and Douglas. She is also survived by grandchildren; her eight cherished great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre (88 Brant Ave, Brantford, ON N3T3H3). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
