He was predeceased by: his parents, Verlie and Charles Burtwell. He is survived by: his significant other Lucille Howard; his child Chris Howard (Melissa); his grandchildren, Brelynn and Taylor; his child Ryan Howard (MaryLee); his granddaughter Evangeline; his daughter Lana Howard (Brett); his grandchildren, Colby, Brooke and Devon; his daughters, Christina Connely and Andrea Burtwell; his grandchildren, Carson, Kaila and Chloe; and his siblings, Rick Burtwell (Robin), Roxy Girodat (Paul), Roy Burtwell (Kim), Bonnie Burtwell, Julie Tadeson (Will) and Beverly Burtwell (Glenn). He is also survived by His extended family includes 11 nieces and nephews and 12 great-nieces and great-nephews.
