He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jeanne; his children, Annie, Sharlene, Michelle (Dennis), Dion, Leanne (Shane) and Colleen; his grandchildren, Amanda, Mikey, Sarah Anne, Bella, Lily (Ryan), Melia, Max, Sadie, Daisy, Shane, Jolene, Jack and Grayson; his great grandchildren, Owen, Grayce, Kynlee, Kadynce, Rowen, Amairha, Mavrick, Zaylee, Luna and Silas; his siblings, John (Ellen), Jim, Bill (Gisele), Mary (Ron), Kathy and Rob (Lynne); his sister-in-law Marie McCormack; his mother Veronica; his children, Robert "Jack", Sue and Stella; and his father Mason. He was also cherished by friends and family, and was a dear friend, mentor and father figure.
