He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Hill and Melita Hill (Fraser); and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ladd; his close friend Margaret "Penny" Hill; his children, Jim (Laura), Kenneth (Nicole), Peter (Tammy) and Trisha; his grandchildren, Melanie, James, Jennifer, Sara, Kendra, Christopher, Brittany-Lynn, Cameron and Peter Jr.; his siblings, Bill, Emma, Tim, Carl (Bonnie), Donald (Cheryl), John (Roxanne), Viola (Broderick) and Fred (Shelly); his sibling-in-law Leslie; and his aunts, Barbara, Betty and Wilma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
