He is survived by: his spouse Stela; his children, Claudia and John (Cherokee); and his brother Liviu (Juliana) of Romania. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McCleister Funeral Home (495 Park Rd N, Brantford, ON N3R7K8). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Donations may be made in memory of Octavian to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
